My Account
How close to the scheduled class time can I register for a class?
  Students must sign up 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. If you would like to sign up for a class that is scheduled within the next 48 hours, call the Bonney Lake Class Coordinator at (253) 862-6822 or the Monroe store at (360) 794-6745.
What if my email confirmation shows the wrong class?
  Call the Bonney Lake store at (253) 862-6822 or Monroe store at (360) 794-6745 to speak with or leave a message for the Class Coordinator immediately, but keep our class cancellation timeline in mind: students must sign up 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.  A class may be cancelled if the minimum number of students have not signed up. Registered students needing to cancel must do so 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class in order to receive a refund of class fees.

Monroe store: We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimums are not met. If the store cancels a class, your fee will be refunded or you may apply it to another class. In the event that you cannot attend a class, your fee may be credited to another class or refunded ONLY if you notify the store at least 24 hours in advance of class date by calling (360) 794-6745 ext 100 and getting a cancellation number.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of the page.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
