How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendary days, we may offer an exchange. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.”

Special custom orders are not returnable.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support within 5 days. Defective items will qualify for a refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items in “new, unaltered and unused condition.”

Shipping costs will be refunded on defective or mis-shipped items after being received and inspected.
